A former community newspaper reporter, editor and Agriculture Canada communications officer, Heather Leask Armstrong is a librarian and freelance writer. She has had articles and columns published in The Farmers Independent Weekly, The Western Producer, The Carman Valley Leader, Cottage Magazine, and Canadian Homestead.
